2. General terms of sale

  • You can pay with Paypal or with a cheque.


  • If you pay with a cheque, your order will be processed from your cheque receipt. If your cheque is not receipted under 7 days, the order will be canceled. Thank you for your understanding.


  • A confirmation email is sent to you before the payment validation.


  • Right of retraction : in step of the law, you have a right of retraction under 7 days, from the shipping date of your order. Then you can exchange your items, or ask for a return, without any extra cost, except for the return shipping fees.

    Items made specially or personalized for the customer do not correspond to this right and can't be exchange or refund.


  • Privacy of Personal Data :
    We'll never do any business about your personal data. In step of the french law (article 34 - loi Informatique et Liberté du 6 janvier 1978), you have the right to know, to modify or to delete your data. Just contact us, or, if you're registered, modify your profile.


  • This business is not liable to VAT (TVA non applicable, art. 293 B du Code Général des Impôts). Prices, are in euros and duty free, buyer won't pay any supplement.

    3. How shipping fees are calculated ?

    Shipping are calculated while the validation of your basket: considering destination, weight, and overcrowding, then you'll pay the just price for shipping your items.

  • Light and little items are packed with care and sent by Lettre Max (tracking mail - delivery D+1 as priority mail).


  • For a bigger order, items are packed with care in a package and sent by Colissimo 48h.


  • Free shipping on orders over 40 euros, in France.


  • » FOR COUNTRIES BELOW : Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, Denmark, Spain, Finland, Ireland, Great Britain, Netherlands, Portugal, Sweden and Switzerland.

  • Light and little items are packed with care and sent by international proority mail (tracking mail - distribution in 3 days).


  • For a bigger order, items are packed with care in a package and sent by Colissimo suivi.



  • » FOR DOM-TOM : All orders are sent by Colissimo suivi.

    » FOR ALL OTHER COUNTRIES : Small orders are sent by Simple Mail (Lettre simple) and bigger orders are sent by "Colissimo suivi".

    We can not be held responsible for any delays or losses from Post services.

    4. Can I order an item in a superior number than the available stock ?

    It is not possible : it may sometimes happen, when somebody have ordered the same item than you at the same time, but validated his order before you. In this case, a message prevents you in the basket, and you will have to refresh it.

    6. What's the "Register" part ? Is this obligatory ? How does it work ?
